Hi. Would you mind helping me check if my parcel has been shipped? It's been almost 3 weeks and it says that my shipment could not be tracked.

Which website did you place the order?

http://www.shopdealman.com looks like a scam website. No company name, no office address, no contact phone number.

If you paid with paypal, open dispute against fraud.
