Post Cant find package after it left the U.S.

We sent a package to China with tracking number LA120147983US and haven't been able to track it since it left the U.S. The package was returning purchased items that we're wrong and we cannot receive a refund until we can prove that the package was indeed sent back to the China seller.

Here is the address we sent it back to:

Unit 46 Dabeizhuang Area
Huashan District
Ma'anshan, Anhui, China 243000

all of my packages say "leaving parcel center guangzhou" or "despatched from sorting center guangzhou" some for 8 days. is this normal?? thanks

Help please!

LA120147983US is USPS 1st class mail. China Post will not scan such parcel, so you can not know if it has been delivered in China or even arrived China. You can not get any proof of delivery.

If you want get delivery proof, you should ship the goods with USPS register mail which has tracking number starting with R or C.
