LO211896155CN Hi Can you please tell me if this parcel has left China? or is on its way to Australia? The status hasn't updated for a week now and I'm just learning about the Holiday period that China has just had.. Thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO249178684CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Yiwu office to Australia on Oct 1.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Australia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Yiwu ,China or customs warehouse in Australia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(your parcel seems to be delayed in some place outside China) until Australia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Australia Post website will show its new status with Australia location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
