i have tow tracking numbers but i dont now can to track it i hope you can halp me and tell me how the packet is.

1. Paket: RS364140777CN from 06.02.17

2. Paket: RS364139558CN from 05.02.17

you can track it here http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php , it shows your parcel left China on Feb 14.

yes. your parcel is still in normal time frame. shipping time to West Europe might take up to 6 weeks.
