Hi,

Can someone help me to track the following parcels? The tracking info in Aliexpress shows that it has departed from the original country.

Tracking number:

1. 04862407025 (2017.04.19 22:18 (GMT-7): Hand over to airline)
2. 04871116255 (2017.04.21 16:13 (GMT-7): Shipped by air)
3. 04947590503 (2017.05.09 16:06 (GMT-7): Hand over to airline)

All these parcels are enroute.
But 04947590503 is going to Australia; the other two are going to USA.
Now u need to wait up to 2 months for them to arrive. Remember to claim refunds if any parcel doesnt arrive within 2 months otherwise that right is forfeited.

For 04862407025, the order will be closed in 2 days 14 hours 53 minutes. What should I do?

Not sure what u mean by order closed. Is it purchase protection u talking about? At this point u have 2 choices. U can open dispute and claim non arrival of parcel or u can contact the seller to extend the protection period to give more time for the parcel to arrive.

Hi all,
I ordered something from China, but it seems that my parcel is going to a country which I do not live in. And just 2 actions can be seen on the tracking pages. Seller keeps saying "I talked to the post office it's going to your city" or does not respond me. And extended the time to 110 days! My tracking number is BZ007384642CN. Could someone check this if it really is going to Uzbekistan instead Turkey? I didn't believe the seller. (according to the tracking page the courier is EMS)

China Post database only shows the parcel was shipped on April 22. Not show it is going Turkey or Uzbekistan. This is EMS parcel which normally will arrive in 2 weeks. I believe it has delivery problem.

If I were you, I will open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

I opened dispute so many times that I can't remember this is 3rd or 4th or 5th. And everytime I opened a dispute, (even though I put screen shots as evidence) -UZ in a red circle- they say "invalid reason". And so many times I wrote in live chat, they keep saying "okay we will send a message to the seller". Still no answer. They keep insisting not to understand that I live in Turkey and my parcel is going to Uzbekistan. Should I keep opening a dispute whenever the dispute is finished against me? Because I'm exactly doing that for now.

Note: you said it was shipped on april 22. But in app's tracking page it says "in transit - april 20". Now I'm more worried :/
