Hello, my tracking number is :
LZ138946944CN
When i try to track it says:
“No shipping record”
What does it means? I got scammed?

probably yes. Where did you purchase your item? If 3 days has gone and the result throws "no shipping record" means the selle has not shipped anything.

It seem strange i got scammed,
I bought on thesite: “yourplaymat.com”
And after one (and half) week they update my order with tracking code and linked me this site to track it :/

maybe they havent shipped it yet due to restocking thats what hapened to me still waiting on my order contact them and try to get a refund asap you cant risk it.

from China to Italy takes about one or two weeks. However, Italy customs clearance time is quite difficult to predict. If you are lucky, you can get it in one week, if you are not lucky, your parcel might sleep in Italy customs for 2 to 3 months.
