Post Can China Post start an inquiry in the Mexican Post? (LL043488285CN)

My parcel arrived from China to Mexico almost a month ago but it is stuck in the airport and Mexican post service says it cannot do anything until it clears customs. They suggest that the seller start an inquiry with China Post to help speed things up but that doesn't make sense. China post already did their thing delivering the package to Mexico, right? Or is there really something they can do? My tracking number is LL043488285CN. Thanks!

Your parcel seems to be lost in Mexico customs. Normally customs clearance in Mexico will take no more than 10 days.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
