Hello

I am waiting for a parcel from Germany, shipped on October 18 by DHL.
Shipping number is: CA457519329DE
I haven’t received it yet. I ordered many times from the same seller (at least 50 times in the last 2 years), and the parcels from Germany have ALWAYS taken 9-11 days to arrive to China. But this last one hasn’t arrived yet, nor there is any update about its thereabouts. Last information I have (using tracking tools) is that it left Frankfurt on October 20th
The parcel contains collectible stamps, as all the other 50 or more parcels I received in the past 2 years.
Can you help me track it?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left Germany on Oct 21, but never entered into China Post system. It might be lost in the trip.

The parcel is in Guangzhou. It has been there since November 26 but no any updates yet.
It’s inadmissible that a parcel takes 6 weeks from Germany.
DHL Germany tried many times to contact DHL China and China Post but they never get any answer from them.

Unfortunately it contained the only known sample of a18th-century xilography. It took me 9 years to find it.
You can not send again an item that was unique in the world.
And still no reason why my parcel is stuck in Guangzhou and it’s not moving.
And still no reason why DHL and the German seller can’t get any answer from China Post or China DHL.

I called 11185 several times, but they told me to call 11183 because it was an international shipping. I and my friend called 11183 at least 100 times in these past weeks but they never picked the call.
Since I have already got experience with missing parcels (arrived in China but for whatever reason NEVER delivered to me or back to the sender), I know that any inquiry will be useless because China Post or other Chinese companies will never provide any help or explanation in case of loss, nor the original sender can get any information from China.

If this is an expensive item, you can call policy and report stolen of item. Then China Post local manager might take serious action on your stuff.
