Why my parcel EB702051429CN status still not update for 5 days ? It display Arrival at outward OE since 16-09-2019 ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB702051429CN shows the parcel left Guangzhou on Sep 17. It will take another 10 to 20 days to reach Indonesia. You can not see update during these 10 to 20 days.

Once parcel arrives Indonesia, you will see new update in Indonesia Post website.

I Think it still in china customs (guangzhou), the parcel has not left guangzhou yet.

it should have left Guangzhou. Status will freeze at last location after parcel left China.

I got reply from china post customer service.

广东省交付部反馈：广州立交局：该件件于9月16日开通，海关申报信息已提交海关审查。 9月16日，海关审查信息被建立以供检查。邮件进入并等待海关检查过程。由于有更多电子邮件等待检查，因此等待时间相对较长，大约需要2-3周。海关检查后，将有相关信息和短信通知客户，并提供离线电话02038181576咨询，值班时间为09：00-12：00 13：30-18：00

I think there is overload in guangzhou customs :(

stuck for 10 to 20 days is normal.
