Package from Germany to China for a repair.
Tracking (CK057196211DE) shows the package is now for 4 weeks at Guangzhou customs.
Why isn't there any progress?

the parcel should have delivery problem or custom duty payment problem. Many Chinese address can not be covered by China Post delivery service, you need ask receiver call china post hotline 11183 and arrange pickup the parcel.

I have asked the receiver to make the call, but I get no reply.
