Post almost one month, no update on tracking

Hi all, i have awb EB702635252CN. Since 26 sept 2019 the tracking show "Departure export custom". Until today, there is no new update. My parcel from China to Indones. I have another parcel that send on 2 October 2019 and i already receive it.

The shipper also inform that he already contact China EMS on 16 October and he also inform that my parcel will be loaded to airplane that day with ticket number CZ387 (i assume that china southern flight number).

Does anyone have experience like this? Thank you.

EB702635252CN was shipped on Sep 26. It should be seriously delayed. Normally EMS parcel will arrive Indonesia in 10 to 15 days.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by Sep 24, open dispute to seller for refund.
