Hi
I usually get my orders from this company to the UK in 14 days, this one was ordered 30 days ago (30th August) and I am still waiting, according to the registered post number it was shipped by air on the 6th Sept but nothing since.

There is nothing showing up on the UK postal system which indicates it hasnt arrived yet.

The registration number is - RJ853765872CN

I'd be grateful to anyone who can shed any light on where my parcel might be

3. So the above tracking are saying to us that the parcel has departed from China and is On Route to UK. You are not the first one complaining about parcel not arriving/scanning in UK. I suspect Royal Mail is very busy for parcel coming from outside UK because normally within 2 weeks maximum the parcel are scan by Royal Mail.

4. May I suggest you read this for your country:

5. Also you might want to advise the seller that the parcel is not yet scan by Royal Mail and your worry that the parcel might be lost. He might be able to call China Post to find out what is going on.
