Ho già posto questa domanda varie volte,qualcuno mi può aiutare?Non riesco a capire ed ho bisogno di aiuto,altrimenti posso solo aspettare l'esito,spero positivo,dell'ottenimento degli ordini.Possibile che nessuno può aiutarmi?Ripongo qui la domanda fatta giorni fa sperando di ottenere aiuto:
"Ho bisogno d'aiuto se possibile in particolare per questo ordine,spedito con Sunyou Post Am L'ultima in formazione è il 14/05 in Italia,ma non ne so la posizione e non l'ho ancora ottenuto. Piùaltri:US592968511CN,BZ034381221CN,US724093045CN apparentemente in ritardo e non posso aprire disputa,poiché acquistati da Joom e solo con carta di credito.
Questi sono i più importanti,più,ancora in corso di elaborazione
UV177093806DE,con quale corriere verrà spedito?
Grazie in anticipo,sperando in risposte rassicuranti"

US592968511CN, US724093045CN are china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service (most people use this service only for low value item). china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach Italy.

BZ034381221CN is China Post EMS parcel. Normally it should be delivered in 2 to 4 weeks. As your parcel was shipped in April, I believe this parcel is lost.

Next time you should buy from big website like Aliexpress, eBay,Amazon which have buyer protection. If you buy from room, you can not get any compensation when parcel is lost.

Ti ringrazio molto per l'aiuto,aspetterò,purtroppo.Per quanto riguarda Ems ho già ricevuto un'ordine nell'arco di 40 giorni:ordinato 17/04 e ricevuto 29/05.Ma per l'ordine SYBAB70772688 non posso essere aiutato?È dal 14/05 dice che è in Italia

Vedremo,altrimenti devo aspettare il tempo massimo di consegna per il rimborso,75 giorni,che non sono ancora passati.Ho già effettuato un'altro acquisto,ma con PayPal così potrò reclamare prima
