http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was shipped on Jul 12. It is waiting for flight space from china to SYDNEY. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.

Australia Post website shows the parcel now is in SYDNEY NSW, Arrived at facility in destination country.

You will get it very soon.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress/amazon, you need open dispute for item NOT as described.
