Hi there,

I'm new here and I saw that we can get a little help here :)

So, I sent to my customer, based in Shenzhen, two packages on the 23rd August. It seems that, from the 6th September, it failed to delivery, but since then I have no news.

May I get some info about it ?

Here's the tracking numbers :

- RP015604586LV
- RP015596023LV

your parcels seem to have delivery or address problem . You need ask receiver go to 邮政深圳市龙华支局 and pickup the parcels.

receiver can also call china post hotline 11185 for pickup detail.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I saw your message too much late.. i'll try to do it but I guess now the parcel could be somewhere else, not anymore in the post office.. A pity.
