Hi,

The tracking on my shipment hasn't updated since the 6th of December, it's still showing as

Destination Country
Origin Country - Cache Time: 2017-01-18 10:29
2016-12-06 08:51 Guangzhou office of exchange has been opened for exports

How can i chase this up further?

1. The type of parcel you have is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can be track only in China and has limited tracking.

2. Can be deliver to you between 30 to 60 days and your National Post Office will deliver the parcel just like a normal letter to you.

1. No, not held by Customs every tracking number normally with an 8 number has only one tracking.
