RV924226459CN was shipped on May 30 from Shenzhen to Turkey. parcel to Turkey has some problem since Feb 2019. many many parcels are seriously delayed and in worst cases - lost.

I believe you need open dispute to PayPal/Ali express for lost parcel refund.
