its been 55 days and its express mail, track says left china on January 22th and no update for 50 days can you inspect where its been stuck and why

EA187963334CN is EMS which should arrive Mongolia in 2 weeks. I believe the parcel should be lost. If you paid with paypal or aliexpress, open dispute to seller for refund asap.
