Post 35 days no update RF456698650CN

My package RF456698650CN has been 35 days and didnt arrive. My other package has been 2 months and it didnt arrive too! Why are my packages getting lost? Before this I used to get my packages between 12-20 days... Now I dont get any packages anymore...

Hmm it says that your package since 4/12/2016 has left foe its destination...hmm this is so weird. ..i cant understand!! I have the same issue...i havent received any of packages since 7 and 13 of Decem....http://www.trackitonline.ru/?service=track and with this one here says the same....ifx you check it

1. When your parcel was sent it was not normal condition. Because:
Holiday Season
China Post has too many parcels to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcels
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling them
Rescheduling of mail bags

2. If you feel that your parcel is lost or misplace contact your seller.

I asked the seller and he said he contacted China post and they said my parcel already left china and might be held in customs in Turkey, but I dont get any scans from Turkey on tracking.

1. Give your parcel a last chance if by 17 Jan you have not receive your parcel or can not see some new tracking on the Turkey Post site, then open a dispute.

2. Your seller probably meant that the parcel is possibly in the Inbound warehouse of the Turkey Post and that your parcel was not scan yet.

1. I can give you the answer that they will give you the Turkey Post. The parcel is still in China and has not arrive in Turkey.
