I don't know what to do with this parcel track No RF397893942CN. It is missing from 25.10.2016. The seller has been extended my purchase protection till now, but I haven't received them yet. And the seller don't want to extend the purchase protection no more. Where is the parcel? Is in Bulgaria, or in some airport, or in China?

1. Parcel to Bulgaria could take a long time. May I suggest you look at this:

2. Now if seller does not want to give you more protection for the parcel. Then there is only one solution is to open a dispute for non reception of parcel.
