I had ordered 3 Minerals more than 2 months back. It typically takes 15 - 20 days for Delivery.
The tracking numbers are as follows 1) LL268239499CN (2 Minerals) & UI315045647CN
The message which I get when I track them is "No shipping record! "

What could be wrong here - pls suggest and how do I get my Minerals
I have checked with the Dealers and they are unresponsive

LL268239499CN and UI315045647CN have no shipping record in china post system. They are all fake numbers. You are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute against fraud.

if you paid with the marketplace such as PayPal/aliexpress/amazon which have buyer protection policy, you can contact their customer service to open dispute against fraud.

If you did not pay from a service which has buyer protection policy, you can not get your money back.
