I send 2 package from Beijing post office more than 2 months ago, they left Shanghai on 28th November, from that day nothing happen on the tracking number, CP358392621CN I try to call but they said that I have to call the local post office and not the hotline, we tried to find the number very hard but it was impossible. The second package Is not important but this one had inside all our winter clothes and it was more than 10 kg so we really need to know where it is. It costs us over 30 euros to send it and we read a lot of feedback that says that the package were lost, we're really worried. Can you help us to find out where the package is?

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel. Normally if the weight is less than 2kgs, it will arrive Italy in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.

Your parcel status will not update after parcel left China. So it will seem to be in Shanghai for long time until it arrives Italy.
