Hello Chinapost,

When I can have my parcel start delivery to address on parcel?

I have called my fiend try to contact shipment but they still can't make delivery to address in my parcel.

Any ways please kindly help me.

the parcel arrived China long time ago. It should have some custom clearance problem. you need ask receiver call china post hotline 11183 and try to pay duty and pickup the parcel.

Hi,

I have let my friend try to contact the China Post many times ready but they still can't make delivery to us or let us take the parcel.

Because this parcel should be make continues ship to Cambodia by my friend company. So we will can't pay duty.

If any problem just please help to make refuse to the sender.

That's my hotline shipping partner I do many transship from Germany to Vietnam and Thai , never have problems like this ! I think it's soon coming to us ! Around 20 days
