Post 10 days domestic transit, no update : tracking mishap ?

Hello volunteers,

My parcel RO520891234CN was accepted in Urumqi packet processing center on June 13th, but since then no info.
China Post tracking indicates "posted" as status.
My desktop tracking apps. state it's in domestic transit, no new location or departure.

I wonder if it is waiting for a container to be full, if it was rejected at some point, or if the tracking is not accurate.

what is the item inside? urumuqi area has very strict safety and security check. Normally there is very few seller shipping goods from Urumuqi.

Update about Urumqi checking delays
Just to inform people whose parcels are shipped from Urumqi

Mine was opened and cleared for export 16 days after hand over to customs. So it seems quite usual for verifications to take a while longer in Urumqi, as CP volunteer's answer suggested. Doesn't mean there's a problem.
