i buy a article from china by ebay .
it gives me on chinapost this message

Parcel#RP028282686CN is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with this number!

what to do?
is this lost or not sended?
strange that the seller said it is shipped and chinapost said it is not.
very confusing . and i stay away from chinese sellers and chinapost.
not recommended .
This number is from this company,so where is it?

"Parcel#RP028282686CN is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with this number!" means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are scammed.

You need open dispute to ebay and claim refund against fraud.

ok i avoid chinese sellers and chinapost in the future.
i think that chinapost can work better against scam trackingnumbers.
why give this company a seller easy a trackingnumber?

Anyone can cook a fake 13 digit tracking number. Not only for China Post, but also Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail and many many... .

China Post's responsibility is to help people to verify which tracking number is fake and which is true. That is why you need use China Post tracking system to distinguish who is cheater.

Joccoboy, it is not the fault of China Post that you was given a fake tracking number. You need to contact the seller. There is no point asking for a refund from the wrong people, you are just wasting your time.
