I purchased item on eBay and paid to it at the same time (2016-11-25).
The next day, eBay removed the item and the seller is no longer a member of eBay. I opened a case of getting my money back. The seller sent me a message, in which he told me that he had sent to the item, and so on and so forth ...
I got a tracking number: 89020533091

Parcel No.89020533091 tracking result

2016-11-26 10:23:54.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan

I have started to feel that I have been cheated.

Please assist me in where my parcel is due to the fact it has been in Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan since 2016-11-29 08:57:26.0
tracking number is "89021953104"

please assist as soon as possible as I am relocating and need to know when my parcel will arrive.

1. Your parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Can be track only in China and has limited tracking. Can be deliver to you between 30 to 60 days.

2. Parcel will be deliver by your National Post Office just like a normal letter.

3. Only tracking for your parcel is this:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.89021953104 tracking result

Given its 30-60 days for delivery you need to bear in mind you have limited time to open a case in eBay

I suggest you go ahead and open a case for non receipt in that your covered you can always close the case should your parcel arrive. Best to be covered by eBay protection.
