I received an email from you all stating:
"We are extremely sorry about this issue. We will contact the courier company and let you know the update. " on the 26th of September. I have heard nothing back about my order. You sent me a confirmation email with a bad tracking number. RM980671982CN Since No such tracking number exists.
PLEASE ADVISE THE STATUS When I will be expecting the order.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RM980671982CN has no record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
