Where does it sjow that, all i see is china post jas had since September 13th.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your seller only applied a tracking number from china post on Sep 13, but he actually give the goods to china post on Sep 19.

this kind of china post ordinary parcel is a cheap service for low value item. you might need wait about 40 to 70 days to get the goods.
