Hi,
I ordered a product from Usunshine, and was sent a tracking no: LO309235810CN. However, for quite while now I have been trying to track the parcel but it leads me nowhere. Also, when I click on the View your Order blue button on the email, it leads me to a page which says 404 Page not found. I have written to their service desk and they write that it will be updated in a few days time. I am not sure about their reply. What should I do next? Is there any way I can actually track this number ? If not, how do I get a refund?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO309235810CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
