I just received the following tracking number: LW985179443CN on Aug, 27, 2019. It has been saying "No Shipping Record" since I received it. How long should I wait before opening a dispute with Paypal?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LW985179443CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller has not shipped anything to you.

Many seller might delay 2 to 10 business days to make shipment because of inventory shortage.

Now, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
