RS696304339CN is delayed in Guangzhou. Not sure what is the problem. I suggest you wait another 2 weeks and see what happens. If you still can not track any new status, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

July 15 2017 Aliexpress says Seller ship your order.. but more than 10 days i cant track my parcel on chinapost or EMS.. open dispute 49 days will end..thanks alot buddy

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only info "electronics data received". This means your seller applied a tracking number but never actually shipped anything. Read following :

Why does my tracking result show only one message “”electronic data received” ?

Shipping time to Netherlands can take 3 to 6 weeks. Your parcel is still in normal time frame. No need worry at this moment.

I have similar concern, RU732875234CN,since 29th June 2017,there is no update on my parcel tracking.Im in Namibia and its 41 days after I paid for my parcel.
