Pls help me. Not updated since March. Seller told me 15-20 days and staying stuck on "On Route". My sons anxious. Been Month Now Where is package?

CP302886317CN seems to be surface parcel which goes through sea. you can wait one more week, if you can not get it by early May, you should open dispute for lost parcel.

RL088497450CN seems to have problem to pass customs scan. you need open dispute for lost parcel now.

Thanks. My sender said they sent it through airmail, but seems like it's coming through the ocean. Where can I get the receipt that it's coming through the ocean? I need to show it to my sender so that I can get a refund. Thanks!

tracking no. starting with "CP" mostly goes through sea because it is heavy parcel. However, there is still chance for "CP" parcel to go with air. You can not get any proof or receipt to show its actually shipping method, it all depends on luck.
