Post Tracking my parcel

When I track my parcel, it says it arrived twice at the same airport. It has not updated since the 23/08/2017 and seems to be stuck on sent to airline. Also when I track my parcel in its scheduled destination, it says no information.
Please may someone explain why

I don't know your tracking number. Based on your information, the parcel should have left China. Normally parcel status will stuck at its last china location and do not change when it is actually outside china because none update its status anymore.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php show the parcel is shipped to South Africa which might take 30 to 90 days. you need some patient.
