Post Track number is valid or fake

I just received track number one day ago
RS209085848CN
I buy one item from tvc-mall.com
Seller send me track number about 12 hours ago

Is it possible new track number and China Post server not update or is fake number?
Seller say check tish track number after one or two day for follow track

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Sometimes it may take up to 10 days for a parcel to register into the China Post system.

2. If after 10 day you still can not track your parcel, then contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.

3. This is what I get when I track your parcel:
Item is not found at this moment

1. I don't know where you track your parcel but the last tracking is this:
2016-11-19 11:42 In Tehran, the transfer of customs
and this:
2016-11-19 11:42:00.0 德黑兰 arrive customs
and this:

19.11.2016 11:42
Into customs
Tehran A
Iran, Islamic Republic Of

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows no record, it is invalid number. if u just got this number, wait one week and track again.
