Ordered two led mask back on September 29th for Hallowen. Tracking given was the following number

LY798823918CN

Keep getting no shipping record on international tracking site here and label created not yet in system via the usps here in America. I'm thinking I was scammed as the guy will not respond to any of my messages. Any help would be appreciated as what to do.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY798823918CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
