Post Suspect Scam trackiing number

Its been several days with no updates, the seller just keeps pushing the date further out for delivery and gave me the tracking number LW833821782CN. Is this an accurate number or is it fake?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows LW833821782CN is invalid number. if you just got this number, normally seller needs about one week to restock inventory and ship the goods, so you need wait one week and track it .

It was shipped on the 11th supposedly
