I had a couple of packages sitting in Guangzhou customs waiting to be sent to me in Canada, after sitting in export customs for 8 days, the deliveries were canceled. What is happening here? I have been waiting for these packages for 11 weeks. One tracking number is EA917194526CN

EA917194526CN was returned to shipper by china customs. not sure return reason.

if you paid with PayPal, you should open dispute for refund.
