http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you should be cautious of scammed.

Seller is lying. if the parcel was really shipped by seller, you can track it within 48 hours. No need 1 week.

RO274311805CN is still fake number. your seller did not ship anything yet. If you paid with paypal, open dispute against fraud.
