Post Return an order to the seller

I ordered from MiSenoSafe on August 4th, it said that the package will take 24h to arrive, after two weeks I didn't get any message from them or my order being send to me. I received it today after saying to them that I wanted a refund and I didn't wanted anymore the item, I didn't know it was this package so I searched it before opening it and it is, I want to return it to the seller how can I do it?
They send it to me even after I told them that I didn't wanted it anymore, and I read a lot of opinions online that say the product is really bad quality and that they don't do anything for return the products.

if you purchase from big website like Amazon/Aliexpress, you can contact their customer service and ask for return policy.

if you purchased from small website, you need check with seller. normally they don't accept return or return is too expensive(you need pay handling fee and shipping fee) to get any refund.
