I am also having problem with this seller. I have received the wrong package.
My order number is LO337118876CN. Can you help me in anyway?
I have been trying to get into contact with them many times in the last 2 days, but with no success

what do you mean you received wrong package? did you receive a cheap item which is not ordered by you. This is a typical online shopping scam. Your seller is a cheater.

You need open dispute to PayPal/aliexpress against fraud.
