Can someone help me!! I placed an order March 16th 2019 on Ali-Express . Tracking number is LN426044305CN. It’s with Epacket . The item hasn’t moved since March 20th. I message the seller about it a week ago today & he says it isn’t lost. On the aliexpress website it says if I don’t receive the item by April 17 to contact support . How does he know it’s not lost if it hasn’t updated in weeks? Please help me figure out if my package is lost or not . I’ve ordered so many times from China & never had this issue . I don’t want to get screwed out of my money.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LN426044305CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenyang office to US on Mar 20.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenyang ,China or customs warehouse in JFK,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
