http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY397388853CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller(ALIEXPRESS shipping platform )". This means your seller applied a tracking number from ALIEXPRESS, but never actually shipped anything.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud.

I have been tracking this parcel and the last update was on the 09/11/18. Subsequently there are no more update since then. Am getting worried

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP070616085CN shows the number was sent to airline on Nov 9.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep travel about another 2 to 6 weeks to reach Ghana.

You need wait some more days.
