Hi I placed an order on ioffer and received a message saying that it had been shipped but upon checking it the sites says Parcel#RU889762881CN is invalid China has not received any parcel acs with this number ! What should I do

ioffer has many cheaters there. You might be scammed.

If you paid with paypal, open dispute against fraud asap.
