Can you help me please? Last time I have been noticed about my parcel was:
2017-09-26 07:31:56.0 leaving Shanghai Int'l Airport going to next airport/seaport.

Can you tell me what happened since then?

after parcel leaving shanghai, you need wait another 2 to 5 weeks for transit and import processing in Greece customs. please be patient.

3 weeks without information is still normal. if over 5 weeks and you can not get the goods, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
