hi i have ordered a item from china to India Mumbai its says that 1/2/2017 4:30:00 PM China BEIJING Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air Next office KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

please update me on the status of my package.

yesterday when i saw the tracking details of my package its didnt show on India Post

its still say its In Transit

please update me on the tracking Details

1. This is the translation of the tracking:

Send item abroad (EDI-received) "EDI" means "Electronic data interchange". In general, your item has been sent abroad . Besides, the item tracking data has been transferred to another computer (the computer of the destination country where your parcel/item will be delivered to).

2. Your parcel in not in India, your parcel is On Route/In Transit to India. May I suggest your read this for your country:

3. Just keep tracking your parcel on the India Post site for any new movement.

Hello again ı wrote about my parcel before in a different topic but the problem is in fact the same. My parcel Was sent to destination country from beijing on 12-8-2016 and since then it is still in transfer no updates no ChAnge even though 39 days .it is too late , isn'T it? Please help with my parcel. I am hopeless. My tracking number RO105623711CN

1. Your parcel might have been delayed because of the Holiday Season.

2. In very good condition parcel to Turkey estimated arrival maximum is 33 days.

3. Now what need to happen is Turkey Post scan your parcel on arrival or when the have time to do it.

4. You could if you want advise your seller that you have not receive your parcel yet.

5. Just continue to track your parcel on the Turkey Post site for any new movement.
