Order placed November 16, 2017 now January 2, 2018 and no package delivered. Company I purchased from ( not ebay amazon wish or ali express) continues to ask me to "wait a few more days". I am seeing a number of people who inquire and turn up fake tracking numbers. Can you advise whether or not my number is legitimate or not?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Nov 22. It is real.
Nov and Dec is busiest season of the year, many many parcel were shipped during the time. Chengdu has serious airline shortage. I suggest you wait 10 more days, if you can not get it by Jan 11, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
