My parcel, tracking number RI741351102CN appears to have arrived at Guangzhou airport, left Guangzhou airport and then arrived at Guangzhou airport a second time. Can someone tell me what is going on with this delivery route?

it should be waiting airline space or customs inspection in guangzhou.

I agree - it should. But it doesn't appear to be going anywhere. It has now arrived and left Guangzhou three times.
