Hi,

I ordered a package through amazon with the seller shipping items through China EMS to India. The tracking number is AZ962964035CN.

It says the item has been delivered (checking through China EMS portal and 17track) on 27th April but I did not receive any item. In fact this item does not exist in the destination country EMS tracking (http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipswebtracking/IPSWeb_item_events.aspx?itemid=AZ962964035CN&Submit=Submit). I already reached out to my local post office and they confirmed they have not received any such mail nor they have delivered any package to my address on the specified date. Is the given tracking ID a valid EMS number or fake? What do I do to resolve this?

your parcel was delivered by India Post office in Bangalore on April 27. If your local post can not give you delivery proof, you need contact shipper to file investment and ask for signature of receiver.
