Hi
I am from italy and i ordered two watches and the seller provided me with these tracking number
04944050243
04944484046
But the last update about these packages is one month back. It is now 7 weeks that i am waiting for the shipment. On your website it is written for italy maximum time is 4 weeks. Kindly, can you update me. What can be the possible problem. Why the package is so late?

04944050243 and 04944484046 are China Post ordinary small parcel. Our website estimate arrival time is based on statistic of China Post register mail.

Ordinary parcel normally is slower than register mail by 2 to 3 weeks and has higher lost rate. If you can not get the parcel by end of June, you should open dispute to seller.
