Its pretty pathetic to be honest. The whole point of a reference number is to be able to track where the item is. Yet I have had no tracking update since the 2nd October. Garbage service

1. It's funny that you say no more tracking since the 2 Oct, look at this tracking, last update is 03 Oct:

2. You need to understand that if nobody scan the parcel then there is no update in the tracking.
